Agreement and operator

MemoJoin is provided by Shanghai Aijingte Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. By downloading or using MemoJoin, you agree to these terms and the MemoJoin Privacy Policy.

MemoJoin is distributed through the App Store. Your license is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These MemoJoin terms supplement those terms. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable platform terms control where they cannot be changed by agreement.

Product scope

MemoJoin is a local audio assembly utility for recordings you choose. It lets you arrange clips, rename them, trim their beginning or end, set a fixed gap, listen where clips meet, and export one validated M4A file.

• MemoJoin works with local copies and does not modify original recordings.
• It provides one editable Current Merge and read-only Merge History for completed results.
• It is not a recorder, multitrack editor, transcription service, cloud storage service, or evidence-certification tool.
• Save and Share destinations are provided by iOS and may vary by device, software version, and installed apps.

Features, supported formats, limits, and platform availability follow the current App Store listing, release notes, and actual app behavior. Website copy does not expand the licensed product beyond the current release.

Purchase, price, and refunds

MemoJoin is planned as a paid App Store download with no subscription or in-app purchase. The U.S. base price is US$1.99. Apple may display a different local price, currency, tax treatment, or availability according to the storefront and applicable rules.

Apple processes the purchase, receipt, storefront availability, and refund request. If you need to request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility and timing are determined by Apple’s terms and applicable consumer law.

A refund or loss of the App Store license may end your right to reinstall or use the app. Files you already exported remain in the locations where you saved or shared them, subject to those locations’ rules.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the recordings you import, edit, export, save, or share. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process the audio, including any other person’s voice, copyrighted material, confidential information, or regulated content.

You may not use MemoJoin to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, contractual duties, or another person’s rights. You may not reverse engineer, bypass platform protections, distribute unauthorized copies, or use the app to process content you are not permitted to access.

You are responsible for reviewing the order, trims, gaps, join previews, and final result before relying on or sharing it. MemoJoin output is not certified for legal evidence, medical records, regulated archives, or professional compliance.

Local files and backups

Audio editing and export can require significant storage. Keep source recordings and important exported results in a location you control. MemoJoin cannot recover a source recording deleted outside the app, an exported copy deleted from Files or another app, or data lost because of device failure, operating-system behavior, or unavailable storage.

Deleting an item from Merge History removes the MemoJoin-managed copy after confirmation. It does not remove copies already saved to Files or shared elsewhere.

Availability, warranty, and liability

MemoJoin is provided on an as-available basis. We work to make imports, previews, exports, validation, and recovery reliable, but no software can guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every file, device state, storage condition, or third-party app.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of recordings, missed submissions, lost profits, or unavailable third-party destinations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Apple has no obligation to provide MemoJoin support beyond obligations Apple separately accepts under its own terms. MemoJoin support is provided through the contact below.

Intellectual property and changes

MemoJoin, its icon, interface, website, documentation, and related original materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. Your recordings and exported content remain yours or the rights holder’s.

We may update these terms when the product, law, platform requirements, or distribution model changes. A revised version will show a new effective date. Continuing to use a later app version after an update means the revised terms apply to that use where allowed by law.
